Senior Communications Systems Architect Joins Redhorse

Redhorse Corporation is proud to announce that Mike Rimmer has joined Redhorse as a Senior Communications Systems Architect. Mr. Rimmer brings with him more than 27 years of experience as a communications and information systems professional specializing in communications systems engineering, electronic warfare, and intelligence. He has extensive knowledge of and experience with experimental wireless communications, digitization of command and control systems, integration of disparate systems, and development, testing and implementation of novel solutions to long-standing communications issues. Mr. Rimmer, who will be responsible for accelerating the growth of the Communications and Information Systems Practice, earned his master’s degree in maritime technology (operations) from Kingston University in the United Kingdom and his bachelor’s degree from the Britannia Royal Naval College in the United Kingdom. Since he retired from the Royal Navy in 2004, Mr. Rimmer has been engaged in several high-profile programs as a program manager, providing technical and managerial oversight on behalf of the Office of Naval Research, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Electric Power Research Institute.
