Redhorse Awarded BPA to Provide Guiding Principles Compliance and LEED Certification Services to GSA

Redhorse was awarded a BPA by the General Services Administration (GSA) Region 2, the Northeast and Caribbean Region, to provide a full range of Guiding Principles compliance and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-Existing Building certification services.
Redhorse will support GSA’s continued improvements and implementation of its sustainable facilities program across its real estate portfolio in New York, Northern New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. These services will help GSA meet its requirements under the executive orders and Federal laws and will support the sustainability goals and the integration of environmental requirements into the entire Public Building Services business process.
