The General Services Administration (GSA) supports the basic functioning of the federal government, including managing government-owned and leased facilities. Redhorse delivers mission critical services across acquisition, building and construction management, and executive operations at locations throughout GSA Region 4, the Southeast Sunbelt Region. This includes professional support services to help the Public Building Services (PBS) meet its critical operational support requirements in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Redhorse responsibilities include serving as a contract specialist for the placement of Government contracts; coordinating and overseeing completion of all phases of facilities-related construction projects; and working with senior leadership to maintain awareness of priorities and goals. Redhorse also supports GSA to improve customer satisfaction, maintain and preserve real property assets, lower operational costs, and ensure the provision of quality facility-related services. Redhorse staff serve as the primary points of contact for the customer service Helpdesk for all regional procurement tools, databases, and systems; fielding questions, addressing issues, and ensuring ongoing access to GSA tools for internal and external stakeholders.
