Bill Miner Joins Redhorse as Director of Quality Programs

Bill Miner joins Redhorse as Director of Quality Programs. Bill has more than 40 years of professional experience in environmental engineering and in implementing environmental regulatory programs. Over an 18-year period with Tetra Tech EM Inc., he managed or served as senior technical advisor and quality control coordinator for hundreds of projects for the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Energy, other government agencies, private industry clients, and international funding organizations and governments. During this time, he has managed projects as small as $5,000 and programs in excess of $200 million.

His 11-year career with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency included roles as office director, branch chief, and section chief for Region 5’s hazardous waste management and remediation programs, directing the efforts of more than 75 environmental professionals. Over his career, Mr. Miner has developed and presented, both in the U.S. and abroad, more than a hundred training programs and workshops on environmental laws, regulations, policies, and technical topics, including waste management, pollution prevention, and site remediation issues. He also has served as an expert witness on several occasions, providing testimony in both state and federal courts and in administrative hearings.
