Litigation Support
Redhorse staff have been providing expert-level support to law firms on a variety of projects. The specific project details remain 
confidential, but involve activities such as evaluating opportunities to revitalize contaminated property, developing environmental compliance strategies, reviewing and organizing documents in support of litigation, providing expert testimony, and conducting environmental impacts analysis. Redhorse staff provide expertise to our legal clients across a multitude of environmental statutes, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); and in technical disciplines such as environmental engineering, fate and transport modeling, and risk assessment.
